1. We sell items that are new or preloved/ thrifted /vintage.

*all items are not restockable

(only certain items are restockable)

2. Full payment needs to be made including postage to confirm order. Payment within 3 days via Maybank.

3. Prices are fixed, non-negotiable.

4. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

5. Items will be post on Saturday, Friday, & Monday only (we live in KL) (may differ based on circumstances)

6. Goods might slightly differ from the pictures on colours. Measurement provided might differ within 1-2cm.

7. No cancellation and no money refund once the payment is made.

8. Any lost or damage during shipping is not under our responsibility.

9. Items only will be reserved for a maximum period of 3 days. If buyers do not respond after 3 days, the items will be released to the rest.
